From there we can provide you with user friendly advice on how to comply with your regulatory and compliance obligations, as well as preparing any documents and applications required. We offer fixed fee packages where possible.
Once you are set up, we can provide ongoing practical advice as you need it, to ensure that your compliance is built into your business. We act for our ongoing clients on a monthly or quarterly retainer basis, which gives you certainty and cost efficiency around your compliance.

For our regulated business clients who need ongoing legal advice + compliance supervision, including review of any legal documents.
We act like your "mini" in-house legal counsel, providing advice to you, your compliance officer or manager and your team.
Costs are agreed with you up front and are subject to your size and requirements.
Start up for regulated SMEs
From $6,000 including GST and includes:

Comprehensive legal start up documents including applying for licences or registration, as well as contracts + policy.

Advice and assistance with legal + compliance risks. This includes meeting with you and your business accountant as required.
Costs vary based on the complexity of your business and industry sector.

Hayley worked as a regulatory enforcement lawyer at ASIC and has represented professionals regulated by AHPRA and other bodies. Many lawyers do not have regulatory enforcement experience and we recommend hiring one that does.
